Think you're getting a 'bargain' by shopping at tacky Walmart? Think again. What you're really doing is contributing to the sabotage of your own country's economy by shopping at a "store" that has swallowed this country whole, like a Great White Shark, spitting out the very 'Mom & Pop' stores that were once the foundation of the middle class.
Some people still aren't aware that there is a national/international strike against, along with a grass roots movement away from shopping at a store that, among other things:
a) gets most, if not all of its crap from China (which is why it's 'cheap' in every sense of the word)
b) pays next to nothing to have same crap manufactured elsewhere (see sabotaging one's own country's economy, and tack on exploitation of people/children while you're at it) and,
c) refuses to pay its American workers a decent wage and health benefits. Wow...whatta company!
This, from the Walmart family that is worth 65 BILLION DOLLARS?? Greedy, shameful, despicable people!

If COSTCO imports its merchandise from elsewhere (still NOT cool) at the very least, COSTCO also treats its employees with dignity, respect, a living wage and health benefits. So if the greedy bastards who own Walmart see their own demise in the near future, they have only their greedy selves to blame.
Because greed is NOT good...for business, and for Karma.
